2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54944 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Raman Kumar @ Raman Kumar Sharma and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 13.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54944 of 2023 is extended by two weeks' from today.
