JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 149, 323, 337, 427, 353, 354 and 379 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that 'Aam Sabha' for appointment of Sevika and Sahayika was going on. In the meantime, the petitioners came there and raised alarm and caused altercation. They snatched files and Mobile from the Office Assistant. They threw stone on the car of the informant and broken

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15642 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 glass as a result of which the supervisor sustained injury. Ranjit Singh and Sushil Singh also took part in the alleged occurrence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place in 'Aam Sabha' of the Panchayat which was called for appointment of Aanganbari Sevika and Sahayika. A protest was made in respect to illegal appointments being made. Hence the present case has been instituted.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 214/2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd A.C.J.M., Siwan, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
