The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No.115 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354-B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering an inordinate and unexplained delay of six days caused in filing the written report to the officer-in-charge of the police station, pursuant to which Rajauli P.S. Case No.115

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12506 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 of 2019 was registered inter alia under Sections 354-B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners, who are young boys having clean antecedent, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Rajauli P.
