2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 215/2023 dated 02.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 341, 323, 504, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, when the complainant went to fetch water from hand pump situated near the Anganbadi Kendra of the village, in the meantime the accused persons forbade him and the petitioner No. 2 slammed the informant on the ground and started assaulting him with fists. Thereafter, the petitioner No. 1, inflicted a blow of tangi, causing injury

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. Learned counsel has submitted that the complaint has been lodged on 27.05.2014 and the FIR has been registered on 02.11.2023, which falsify the gravity of the alleged occurrence. As per the impugned order, the doctor found incise wound on the right parietal region of the informant, but the dimension of the injury was not mentioned in the said report and other two injuries were also found on the vital part of the body of the informant.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegation being general and omnibus, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Jamui in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 215/2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
