This is a case registered under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation relates to snatching of Rs. 50000/- and a mobile set from the possession of the informant. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from possession of the co-accused Md. Mausam the looted ATM Card of the informant was recovered and on his confessional statement the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case where after the petitioner's confessional statement has also been recorded. He further submits that he has been named with other accused persons. He further submits that though there is one case pending against him but the same is of the year 2014 in which he is already on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Rail) Samastipur in Rail P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016.
