Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.344 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, merely on the basis of suspicion the petitioner has been made accused, besides this there is no recovery of motorcycle from possession of the petitioner and one coaccused, Suraj Kumar has been admitted to bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.9630 of 2018 on 17.02.2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2017.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17359 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 petitioner Pramod Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Hajipur at Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.344 of 2017.
