The petitioner filed this modification petition for modification of the order dated 27.03.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38489 of 2011 by which the petitioner was directed to pay Rs. 1000/- per month to the complainant.

It is submitted that the complainant has already solemnized second marriage, therefore the maintenance of Rs. 1000/- per month should be ordered to be stopped.

The order dated 27.03.2012 does not speak so, but if the complainant has solemnized second marriage she shall be disentitled for getting maintenance from her first husband. With this observation this modification petition is disposed of.
