The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(d) and 56(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Sections 2(c), 3, 5 and 13 of the Bihar Mahua Flower Rules, 2006.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 22.01.2020.
