The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One dagger was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 13.01.2022, having clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the clean antecedent and period of
