====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT 21-01-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed to delete the name of O.P. No. 1 from the cage column of the contempt application.

2. Having regard to the nature of order dated 25.10.2010 passed by this Court in the connected writ application, C.W.J.C. No. 13867 of 2003 and the averment made by the petitioner in this contempt application filed on 24.09.2013 that

Patna High Court MJC No.5072 of 2013 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 such direction given to the University has not been complied as yet, this Court, in absence of the learned counsel for the University who has not appeared because copy of this contempt application has not been served on him, would not like to keep this contempt application pending.

3. This contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga to ensure that if an order has not been passed as yet, he must do so under the order of the Vice Chancellor of the University within a period of two months from today and, in case, such an order has already been complied, its communication should be sent to the petitioner within the same period.
