2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 624 of 2023 arising out of Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to the instigation of the petitioner, the deceased has been assaulted by all the accused persons.

4. The specific allegation of assault is against Subodh Paswan and Pramod Paswan. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18327 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge not already framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Session Judge-IV, Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Session Trial No. 624 of 2023 arising out of Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2023.
