The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.295 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the appellant did not pay his wages despite taking work under the MANREGA scheme. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the occurrence took place in the year 2013 but the complaint petition is filed in the year 2016, after delay of

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the fact that the complaint petition is filed against the petitioner after delay of three years, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No.295 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
