Mr. SRI RAM ANURAG SINGH ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 41(1), 30, 36, 38 and 62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, about 26 liters of foreign liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims his antecedent to be clean and he is in custody since 16.05.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33686 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No.113 of 2017. Further, if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bond.
