The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 423 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a). 32(ii), 38(2) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 read with Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is a member of the gang and liquor smuggler and the police on secret information raided the place of occurrence and recovered 72 litres of foreign liquor from the motorcycles and a Tavera car of the accused persond, who fled away and petitioner has been made accused in the self-

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR 1089 (Full Bench)]. Accordingly, it is dismissed as not maintainable.
