This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bahera Police Station Case No. 11 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354B, 452, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that while the informant was sleeping, the petitioner came and caught her body and when she raised alarm, her mother came and went to the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted her with fists and slaps.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14584 of 2016 (2) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 submitted that there is dispute over passage between the parties and several cases have been lodged by them against each other.
Considering the submissions so advanced and nature of accusation, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, Md. Badrul, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, in connection with Bahera Police Station Case No. 11 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
