Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.285 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 25(1-A), 25(1-AA) 25(1-AAA) 35 of the Arms Act, under Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act as well as under Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of the UAP Act. Allegation in brief is that one group of naxalites were convening meeting, so after receiving the information police went there but the people assembled there escaped away except one Om Prakash Paswan who was apprehended by the police and disclosed the names of other participants. Submission is that except disclosure of the name by Om Prakash Paswan regarding participation of the petitioner in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17417 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 meeting, there is no other material against him, moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Naulakh Singh @ Navlakh Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.285 of 2017.
