The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304 (B), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and co-accused persons are said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of money by hatching conspiracy. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and she is

The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 516 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
