The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Guraru P.S. Case No. 74/15, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 325, 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant S.H.O. of Guraru P.S. alleged that he raided and one Anirudh Singh accused in G.R. no. 1930/01 and G.R. no. 2442/12 was apprehended, but the petitioners assembled their assaulted the informant and other police officers and got the accused free from the custody of the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15329 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 petitioners have no manner of concern with the accused Anirudh Singh. The entire allegation is false and concocted. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners and other were alleged to have assaulted the police on arrest of Anirudh Singh and got him freed from the custody of police. The petitioners have also got criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
