No one appears for the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Chanan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. She is in custody since 01.08.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation this petitioner is that she being mother of the co-accused had stood as a guarantor during the Panchayati held for refund of the money which was allegedly received by her son. There is no allegation against this petitioner that she had ever participated in the negotiation at the time of the deal of the land. Learned counsel has also placed a copy of the order dated 28.11.2016 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43480 of 2016 by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36235 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 which the co-accused Srikant Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, let the petitioner, namely, Manti Devi @ Malti Devi, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
