The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have done the daughter of the informant to death on account of non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that she happens to be the motherin-law of the deceased. She is in custody since 12.1.2021 and husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case no. 176 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Successor Court, Hilsa, Nalanda.
