====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 379 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the hut of one Ram Chandra Ram and the petitioner has no concern either with the alleged recovery or the alleged place of recovery. It is also submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
