====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on secret information that some miscreants have gathered for the purpose of dacoity, a raid was conducted in which three miscreants were apprehended who disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused persons.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14082 of 2025(2) dt.27-02-2025 2/2 the bail application and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and he has got nine criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
