JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that co accused Shambhu Rai caused fire arm injury in the chest of the brother of informant whereas this petitioner caused fire arm injury on the lower portion of the abdomen.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the accusation is corroborated by the postmortem report but the witnesses have not supported the accusation and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29662 of 2014 (5) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Akilpur (Shahpur) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2013 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
