JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For issuance of appropriate writ / order or direction quashing the order issued under Letter no. 457 dated 20.2.2016 issued by the Respondent no. 5 the Executive Engineer by which the petitioner has been directed to vacate the flat no. MIG 7 MF- 4/13 within 15 days failing which action for his eviction will be taken against him as contained in Annexure- 5 to this writ application.

(B).

For issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the Respondents to allot the M.I.G. Flat no. 7MF-4/13 Bahadurpur

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
