The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2019 arising out of Katoriya (Suiya) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018 having clean antecedent. He is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Teklal Yadav in his confessional statement who has already been acquitted by the court below vide Judgment dated 17.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.
