Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.286 of 2018, registered under Sections 498A, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed a complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. The informant made allegation that after marriage she was living with her husband happily but her husband went to foreign country and did not take care of the informant and her two year child. When the informant went to the house of her in laws after having received

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20193 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 the information that her husband had come from foreign country, the accused persons did not allow the informant to live in the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the informant. Petitioners are living separately and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in laws of the informant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No.286 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
