1. Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay award money to the petitioner, whose tip-off (secret information), has led to recovery of huge sums of money, jewellery and other documents pertaining to illicit property, from the possession of the respondent no.5, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents no.3 and 4 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
