The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 568 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month to his wife subject to the final outcome of the maintenance case, as stated in the second supplementary affidavit to the bail application.
