Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Kadirganj PS Case No. 13 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 354, 354(B) and 379 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the accused persons after entering into house of the informant started assaulting her daughter and also outraged her modesty.

Submission is that there is case and counter case between both sides, there is property dispute between them as petitioner No. 1 and informant are cousin and petitioner No. 1 is a government employee.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners namely Ajay Kumar, Pankaj Kumar and Malendra Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Masaurhi in connection with Kadirganj PS Case No. 13 of 2018.
