In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction commanding the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner, which is fundamental and constitutional right and the same is being infringed by some anti social elements/land mafia, who have illegally occupied the land of the petitioner and threatening him for dire consequence.
Considering the reliefs sought for in the present writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.4595 of 2019(2) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 application, the petitioner is directed to file a complaint/application under Section 4 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009. The competent authority shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all concerned parties, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
