The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and others are said to have looted the motorcycle of the informant and cash and mobile of his son-inlaw. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. He was not put on test identification parade.
