The petitioners seek bail in Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for bail of petitioners was rejected vide order dated 28.01.2021.

Having considered the fact that no fresh ground has been assigned for reconsideration of prayer for bail, the application for bail is rejected.
