Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.72 of 2017, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the FIR merely on the basis of suspicion, except the confessional statement made before the police, there is no other material, the motorcycle was also not recovered from his possession but it was found in an abandoned condition near the town police station, the petitioner has no antecedent of any theft and only case under Section 302 IPC is pending against him. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
