2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have embezzled the amount of Rs. 8,80,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, petitioner has already deposited Rs. 4,40,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs Forty Thousand) in the bank and he is ready to pay rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 4,40,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs Forty Thousand) within one year in installments.
5. Learned counsel for the State Bank of India does not dispute the contention of the petitioner that he has already

Considering the aforesaid contention made on behalf of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P. S. Case No. 974 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with direction to the petitioner that :- (i) Petitioner shall refund Rs. 4,40,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs Forty Thousand) to the State Bank of India in eight equal installments (i.e. Rs. 55,000/- each) within a period of one year, failing which, the learned court below would be at liberty to cancel the bail-bond.
