The petitioner seeks regular bail in Raxaul G.R.P. P.S. Case No.06 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 370, 177of the Indian Penal Code and Section79 of J.J.Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of carrying children of age group of 12-13 years of Nepal to Jalandhar in Punjab.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. He is in custody having no criminal antecedent for 3 1⁄2 months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.35190 of 2017 (2) dt.04-08-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.,(Railway), West Champaran, Bettiah, in Raxaul G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the conditions that (i) one of the bailers of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court. (ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on his part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) AnilKrSinha/- U T
