The petitioner seeks bail in a case lodged for offence under sections 379 and 411 of the IPC. FIR was lodged on 18.05.2017 against unknown persons for stealing of motorcycle on 15.05.2017 and petitioner has been arrested on 13.06.2017 in connection with the said case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the seizure list, it would be apparent that the petitioner was arrested merely on suspicion near Uday Gupta's Kirana Store, where the stolen motorcycle was parked. Prior to the instant case, there is no criminal case pending against the petitioner and hie is in custody since 13.06.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be
