2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No.548 of 2025 dated 21.12.2025 under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 303(2), 109, 351(2), 117(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 6 named accused persons including the petitioners with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15838 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/3 allegation that they have assaulted the informant and snatched Rs.1,27,000/-, a gold chain, purse and mobile phone.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. He further submits that the concocted story has been prepared by the informant to implicate the petitioners in the present frivolous case.

5. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner Nos.1 and 5 is clean and petitioner No.2 have two criminal antecedent and petitioner No.3 and 4 have one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail.

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner Nos.1 and 5 namely, Raju Yadav and Paras Yadav, be granted bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15838 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 3/3 A.C.J.M.-IX, Siwan, in connection with Panchrukhi P.S. Case No.548 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

8. So far as the petitioner No.2, 3 and 4, namely, Dippu Yadav, Rambabu Yadav and Bishundeo Yadav, are concerned, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4, therefore the bail application of the petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4 is hereby rejected.

However, trial court is directed to consider the regular bail application of the petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4, namely, Dippu Yadav, Rambabu Yadav and Bishundeo Yadav , if they surrenders within 6 weeks from today and prays for regular bail, then trial court shall pass order on merit without being prejudice of the present order preferably on the same day.
