JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. No.16 of 2019 (T.R. No.2464 of 2019), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 5, 7, 9 of the Bihar Saw Mills Regulations Act, 1990 and Sections 33, 41, 42 and 52 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (Amendment Act, 1989), pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Benipatti, District Madhubani. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20296 of 2020(4) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
