The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Petition on the ground that the police noticed the petitioner under Section 41(1)(a) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and also found the case false under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, but did not submit charge sheet till date. Therefore, the petitioner has got no apprehension of being arrested.

Considering the fact aforesaid, the Anticipatory Bail Petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner that as and when required, he may file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Petition.
