2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 308 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and except for suspicion, nothing has come during investigation against the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariyari P.S.
