The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case no. 20 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant has alleged that on 14.02.2017 when he was fishing in his private ditch, altogether seven persons including the petitioner came and abused him. On protest, the accused persons assaulted him. This petitioner allegedly assaulted him by Farsa on his head. The injury report annexed with the application shows that the injuries caused on the person of the informant was simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. There is also a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33164 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 counter case from the side of the petitioner bearing Jadia P.S. Case no. 21 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation, the bail prayer of this petitioner is allowed. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S. Case no. 20 of 2017.
