The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(III) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 20.01.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
