2. Office has reported that service report with regard to appellant nos. 1 and 2 have been received which reveals that appellant no. 1 is dead and appellant no. 2 did not meet.

3. Since 08.12.2017, nobody has appeared on behalf of the appellants to prosecute the present appeal.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
