The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kamtaul P. S. Case No. 132 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 384, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering gravity of the offence, criminal antecedent of the petitioner as described in paragraph-3 of the application, which would show that he is an accused in at least three other cases and the allegation that he along with others

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12524 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 demanded randari on the point of pistol from the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
