In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to depute a Magistrate and a police force for fencing of the petitioner's land.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the State. Paragraph no.7 of the said counter affidavit reads as under:- "7. That the statement made in paragraph no.9 of the writ petition is incorrect hence, denied. In this regard, it is submitted that the Respondent authorities have taken all possible steps and made several correspondences with regard to deputation of Magistrate. The Circle Officer, Islampur vide his

Patna High Court CWJC No.6359 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 letter no.667 dated 24.07.2014 and letter no. 725 dated 13.08.2014 informed D.C.L.R., Hilsa regarding completion of demarcation proceeding and further requested of deputation of Magistrate for fencing at petitioner's land but no order could be passed as the same is under consideration." In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that if the matter is still pending then appropriate order for deputing a Magistrate for fencing the land of the petitioner shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It the matter has already been resolved then there is no need for appointing any Magistrate.
