Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 524 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 02.12.2016, 07.12.2016, 12.01.2017 and 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 39786 of 2016, 47797 of 2016, 48517 of 2016 and 27064 of 2017 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
