The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That, this writ application is being filed for commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of salary in the pay scale of Rs.5000/- to Rs. 8000/-(Unrevised) admissible to the Senior Draftsman/ Draftsman Grade-I.

This application is also being filed for holding that non- consideration of the aforesaid claim of the petitioner is

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Director Consolidation, Consolidation Directorate, Patna for redressal of his subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
