2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that petitioner had applied for BETET-2011 on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. 4.Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Further submission is that the documents which was submitted by the petitioner at the time of counselling were received by authentic officer of Education Department. It is next
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16950 of 2024(3) dt.01-05-2024 2/2 submitted that petitioner is a student and he passed B.Ed. Degree from B.S.M. B.Ed. College, Masharak, Saran in the year 2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2023, G.R. No. 4265 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
