The petitioner being the Panchayat Secretary is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420, 409, 467, 468, 469, 471, 323, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant was selected on the post of Panchayat Urdu teacher on 31.03.2007, thereafter he worked till June, 2001, but the appointment was canceled by the B.D.O.-cum-Appellate Authority vide order dated 14.04.2008, against which C.W.J.C. No. 5211 of 2010 was filed, which was disposed of with certain direction. Thereafter, L.P.A. No. 1391 of 2010 was preferred and same was also disposed of on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19326 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 25.08.2011, but the directions of the High court is not being complied by the authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the writ applications and the L.P.A. were dismissed. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
