Petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.150 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. As per written report, one country made pistol has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. From the seizure list, it appears that there is no recovery of any cartridge from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
